Overnight Weetbix
Make this luxe breakfast in the evening and reap the rewards in the morning.
Ingredients:
- 3 bricks Weet-bix, crushed
- ¼ cup (60ml) milk
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) brown sugar
- ½ cup (125ml) plain yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) honey
- 1 JOYA® apple, sliced, for serving
- Dark chocolate, grated, for serving
Method:
- Crush Weet-bix and combine with milk, cocoa and sugar.
- Divide between 2 glass jars and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
- Swirl honey through yoghurt and spread over Weet-bix layer.
- Garnish with slices of JOYA® apples and grated chocolate. Serve.
